Domain Expertise
Network-Centric Command and Control
Battle space management. Asset availability management, scheduling and de-confliction. Sensor search, track and target correlation. Operational training.
Our experience with targeting and weapons control for the Aegis system ties together decision support, sensors and weapons. We have transitioned our customers from a closed Aegis-specific design to an open framework that provides scalability between large-scale operations and unit tactics, allowing C2 mission components to provide the warfighter with a common picture of the battle space.
Our open architecture allows for the inclusion of a variety of additional mission components, including command, operations, intelligence, fire control, logistics and communications. It also incorporates decision aids to rapidly transform data from multiple, varied sources into decision-quality information available to Commanders — on demand.
High-Fidelity Advanced Display Systems
MSE’s advanced display infrastructure is an extensible, scalable, web-enabled set of display capabilities. Our display systems have full-featured geospatial rendering capabilities and support various symbology sets and geographical projections.
MSE’s display infrastructure is platform-neutral and supports customizable views on a variety of display devices, from large screen monitors in Command and Control Centers to hand-held units in the field.
Weapons Control Software Architecture
MSE delivers proven weapons control solutions across multiple domains. Building on our success providing software for the U.S. Navy Aegis Weapon system, we have evolved our complex weapon systems capabilities to provide objective-architecture, CMMI Level 5 solutions for the command and control of integrated fires from ground, air and sea sensors and weapons.
Sensor Management
MSE develops powerful battle space control tools that integrate and display tracking data from a wide range of sensors, including surface and air surveillance radar, GPS transponders, environmental monitoring systems, daylight and thermal cameras, and video tracking systems. Our sensor management systems can be applied in a variety of missions — from military-range surveillance to waterway security and traffic management, airspace monitoring, homeland security and transportation safety applications.
